Today, in celebration of rocktober, I will be sharing some of my funniest and most memorable anecdotes of rock concerts and festivals with you.
Last year I had the pleasure of interviewing Graham Massey, leading figure of seminal British electronic group 808 State. Part 1 of the interview was published last month. Here is part 2!
808 State, who take their name after the Roland TR-808 drum machine, are regarded as pioneers of acid house. They have been touring with their defining album ‘Ninety’ for the last year and last June I happened to be in the Netherlands when they played a show at W2 in Den Bosch. Before they were about to play an exciting live show, band member Graham Massey kindly agreed to do an interview with me. Here is part 1 of my interview with Graham!
Underworld is currently on tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their decisive album dubbnobasswithmyheadman. I saw them play at STRP Festival in Eindhoven, here is my review.
